You can view your sales receipt when you login to your account. You will also get an email with a receipt. If you have any issues, please contact email@example.com
You can return an item within 14 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it’s unused and in resaleable condition. Please note shipping costs are at your expense. Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Faulty & Damaged Goods
We will return your item if we accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of dispatching to you. In this case, we will replace the products or provide you with a full refund.
We require you to provide a photo of the damaged or faulty goods.
